Sure going to bed early if you’re tired is always an option, but taking a nap gives you the option to wake up and feel completely rejuvenated without wasting more than a couple of hours.
Some people like naps and some people hate them and some have never even tried them. When debating on whether or not to take a nap, just ask yourself if you want to feel tired the whole rest of the day or donate a few hours of your time to wake up feeling completely rested and recovered. Humans already sleep one third of their lives, so why not sleep slightly more so that you can feel good the other two thirds of the time. By this time you have slept years upon years, decades even, so a little more won’t hurt.
